This boutique client side project management company provides independent project management services across all sectors, focusing on luxury retail, shopping centers and commercial construction. 
 
Due to recent growth through winning work with Top Tier Property Owner/Developers across medium and large projects there is now a role as a Project Manager to improve the efficiency across projects. The type of clients are shopping centre owners and retail clients. 
 
As part of a close knit team, reporting to the Project Director, you will be left to work at your own pace however will be focused on pushing for timely outcomes. This role is suited to a candidate whom is already knowledgeable in the field but wants freedom & ownership of projects.

Day to day responsibilities include:  

• End to end project management, from concept design to delivery on/offsite
• Responsibility for scope, budget, and delivery
• Cost plan analysis & report preparation
• Identify and manage risk
• Management of team and their objectives
• Estimation & procurement of resources & equipment 

To be considered for this role you must have;

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management
• A proven track record for delivering high end construction projects on time and on budget
• Experience working across multiple asset classes. Retail and commercial experience is ideal. 
• Experience in a consultancy environment - understanding of  billing
• First rate communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain client relationships 
• Strong Financial & commercial accumen
