What is the Role?

The Company is seeking an intermediate level Contract Administrator who can carry out a range of functions in project delivery & coordination. The role is well-supported and will see you serve as a key component in from inception to completion; working closely with the Project Manager. Duties include:
  • Procurement and Trade Letting
  • Management of Sub-Contracts
  • Assessing and Processing Invoices
  • Involvement in Design Management & Value Engineering
  • Work Closely with the Client and Stakeholders
  • Project Reporting
What key requirements do you need to have?
  • Relevant Qualifications in Construction
  • Local Commercial Project Delivery Experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Working knowledge of Australian Construction Contracts
