Estimator - High-end residential / Apartments - Based in Abbotsford

Your new company
My Client is a well established Tier 2 Apartment builders based near Abbotsford. They specialise on delivering Luxury Apartments to the value of $45M and Custom Residential projects to the value of $7M. Due to growth, they are looking for an Estimator to come on board to run their high end residential arm of the business, with exposure to Apartments also available.

Your new role

• Preparing tenders.
• Measure and price builder's quantities
• Manage tender documentation
• Network with some of the biggest head contractors in Australia
• Source Supplier quotes and prices
• Undertake value engineering exercises

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 3 years’ Estimating experience with a Residential builder based in Australia.
• Experience on working on custom projects in excess of $1M+.
• You must have a degree relevant to Construction.
• You will be self-motivated and enjoy working with a team who respect each other and enjoy an environment where the bar is high.
• A high level of communication and organisation must be demonstrated in this role.
