This leading Independent Property Building Consultancy has a national presence and has been a leader in the field for over 20 years. Providing services across Development and Property, their reputation for accurate advice and risk management is reflected in their impressive list of top firm clients.
  
They are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their small but growing Perth team. Working closely with existing clients, the role offers the opportunity to continue to develop the portfolio utilising relationships on the East coast. You will be working with supportive Directors in a social and friendly work environment.
  
You will be able to undertake and deliver the following:

• Reviewing job quote and scope ensuring full understanding of work and delivery dates.
• Conduct economic and financial analysis to provide strategic advice on the costs
• Prepare estimates and cost planning for a project
• Quantification, measurement and documentation
• Replacement cost assessments
• Contract administration — establish and maintain cost management and monitoring procedures
• Project monitoring and management to deliver scope of services to meet client’s brief.

 You will have a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or relevant Property Degree. Also, a minimum of 7 years as a Quantity Surveyor with experience across a range of Property projects, ideally a Professional Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and/or other similar bodies. You will have excellent client management skills, highly detailed report writing skills and a high knowledge of construction processes, associated building materials and government legislation.
