Company

Our client is a custom high end residential builder base in the Bayside area. Our client works with a highly regarded Melbournian Architectural Firm and exclusively design and build properties valued between $800K - $2.5 Million. Our client have been designing and constructing properties nationally for over 25 years and are a very well respected, knowledgeable and innovative organisation.
  
Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager the Contracts Manager tasks include:

• Detailed specifications
• Detailed Contracts
• Attaining HIA contracts
• Manage a team of 2-4 people
• Coordinate with internal departments, architects, clients, on- site staff and stakeholders
• Overseeing all contracts for properties
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Assist in check Architectural drawings
• Issue Purchase Orders

  
Experience & Qualifications

• Knowledge of high-end custom residential builds
• Understanding to read and interpret architectural drawings
• DataBuild software knowledge, HIGHLY DESIRABLE
• Appropriate qualifications and degrees
• Willingness to adopt current systems and actively participate in the growth of the business.
• Passion to grow their building knowledge
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office software.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
