• 8 month contract role with an immediate start
• Portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• $55 - $70/hour (plus super/GST)

We are working with a nationally recognized Tier 2 builder with live projects across multiple sectors including commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and government.

This is an immediate requirement for a Foreman to lead a team of professional subcontractors on an $80M healthcare project. You will be responsible for driving the programme, management of trades and subcontractors, and site safety.

The requirements:

• 3-5 years' of experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role
• Experience working on projects valued $30M+
• previous experience working for a head contractor
• Good understanding of OH&S processes
• Established relationships with subcontractors
• Trade qualification preferred
