The Company

Our client is a leading global development firm who have been in operation for more than 30 years and have delivered some of the globes land mark projects. With a strong presence in the Australian market and having already secured over $10bil of work throughout the country they are seeking a Contracts Manager to help deliver a major CBD project.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
• Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
• Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants

Experience Required

To be considered for the role of Contracts Manager on ths project you will have:

• Experience working on high rise residential and or hotel projects, ideally in excess of $100 million
• Strong and proven track record on all projects 
• Proven background with an Australian construction company at the level of Contracts Manager
• Tertiary qualified in construction, engineering, accounting or QS or a related degree or with the equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
