With this growth comes a requirement for an Estimator to join their highly driven Estimating team.

The Projects:

• Aged Care projects using the latest cutting-edge technologies
• Exciting projects within the lucrative Education sectors including Universities 
• Dynamic and revolutionary Commercial projects 
• Multi-story projects within the highly competitive residential market
• Project values ranging from $10-$30mil

Responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to:

• Take offs
• Obtain sub contractor qoutes
• Price small projects in full
• Prepare packages
• Assist Senior Estimating team
• And much more

 
To be successful in your application you must have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience in the role of Estimator (Commercial construction industry)
• Proven experience Estimating on relevant projects with values up to $20 mil
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Team player 
• Associated degree qualifications
