Training will be provided to help you get established and to get you into a stage where you’ll be handling the quantity surveying, project costs and purchasing across 5-10 projects at various stages of production.

This is where you will use your ability to plan and organise so there is no wastage, looking for ways to improve costs in purchasing whilst adhering to the production schedule.

You will know you are succeeding when you are producing accurate material take offs and bill of quantities that results in projects delivered smoothly, within budget.

Woodford Homes have been servicing the home owners of the Blue Mountains and surrounds for over 20 years. During this time, we have built an enviable reputation for top quality extensions, renovations and new homes.

We’re looking for someone who has a good past of achieving good results, willing to learn to then independently manage the estimating particularly on the residential side without much input and no major corrections required.
