The opportunity has arisen for a Junior Project Manager to join a professional project management firm based in Melbourne's CBD.

Starting in late 2012 this company has gone from strength building the team from the three directors to now nearly a team of 20.

About the role:
Supporting the project team you will be on multiple projects. This is a busy role, in a deadline driven environment so you will need to be well organised, able to multi-task and keep calm under pressure.
   
Your duties will include:

• Preparing and understanding industry-specific documentation
• Tracking project costs and reporting
• Invoicing on projects
• Involvement in the tender process
• Assisting the entire Project team with any administrative requirements 
• Typing minutes, attending and contributing to PCG meetings
• Stakeholder management and assisting with RFI's and variations

You:
The perfect fit for this role will be someone that has recent experience performing project support as an Assistant Project Manager or as a Contract Administrator within a buildings/construction environment.

You will have 1-3 years experience and be looking to grow a career within project management long term.

Excellent documentation and attention to detail will be one of your strengths, in some cases, this role will see you representing the company therefore your communication both verbal and written must be of the highest level.
