The Company
This Builder is one of the most well-known and respected builders in the industry. They are currently looking to take on an experienced Sales Estimator to join and be part of the continued success in the Queensland market! Be part of an organisation which continues to dominate the industry with their creativity and forward thinking! This builder aims to go above and beyond client expectations, and have a sound focus on workmanship, quality and customer satisfaction. With over 22 display locations, a commercial and a land acquisitions team, bigger things are around the corner. Their current team consists of 4 Production Estimators, 3 Sales Estimators and one Estimating Manger
The Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Estimator with at least 3-5 years experience working with a volume home builder to join a friendly high achieving project team. They are located on the Gold Coast in a large polished, modern office space.
The role will involve:
- Completing all sales estimating requirements
- Producing accurate documentation within budgeted timelines
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and services
- Excellent customer service skills. Relationships with sales consultants, client liaison and the production team all need to be maintained
- Implementing knowledge of contracts, tendering and building price books
What you need
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail
- A strong working knowledge of Databuild and Framework
- Evidence of good tenure with a large volume home builder
