Our client is a growing commercial builder who have been operating for 5 years and deliver projects to include apartments, retail fit outs, child care and medical centres. The directors of the business come from tier one backgrounds therefore they have strong systems and construction knowledge. They are currently going through a growth period and hence are looking for a Contract Administrator to join the team.

As a Contract Administrator you will be involved with letting of subcontractor packages, financial forecasting, developing scope of works, managing RFI's, invoicing and claims/ variations.

The successful candidate will come from a tertiary background in Construction Management of related subject and have a minimum of 3 years experience with a commercial builder in a CA or Project Coordinator role with a proven record of delivering projects.
