Custom Home Maintenance Manager

This is one of the fastest growing residential builders here in Melbourne . They specialise in building homes and unit developments. Their focus is all about providing an epic customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover of the clients dream home and finally through the defects liability period.  

Your responsibilities:
This position will be based in the Inner Southern Suburbs of Melbourne

• Oversee and coordinate with clients and trades the completion of various maintenance lists 3 months from completion
• Utilisation of our Companion software to enter all information in regards to jobs attended/client contact
• Ensuring all defects are addressed and signed off on by the clients in a timely mannger;
• Providing quality customer service and ensuring you deliver on all items brought to our attention by the client where appropriate 

To be considered its imperative you are:

•Experience in a similar role is essential.
•Good at following process and systems (Existing ones are strong)
•Posses strong Client facing  and coordination skill;
•Great at issue resolution & always act with a high sense of urgency;
• Minimum of 10 - 15 year experience in the Vic building industry (Custom Market preferred);
• Trade / Construction relevant qualifications
