Our client is a leading multi-faceted construction business operating throughout Australia on some of the country's most defining commercial buildings.
Due to an ever increasing number of projects being won and continued repeat business this growing Tier 1 are in need of a Services Manager. Typical Projects are in excess of $100Mill and mostly within the Commercial Sector.
In this role you be responsible for the coordination of all building services aspects of your project during the construction phase, this may include design finalisation on D&C projects, commissioning and hand-over.
To be considered you will need to have a proven history as a Services Manager on large commercial projects in excess of $50mill. The ability to work autonomously, knowledge of project management principles and delivery methods.
