Your new role
With a strong pipeline of work and more to come in the new financial year, they have identified the need for a Contracts Administrator to join their team in the coming months.
Working closely with a team of experience project management professionals, you will be responsible for the contracts administration of one or multiple projects, depending on size. You will work closely with sub-contractors, suppliers and the accounts team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of each contract.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator with between two to eight years experience in commercial construction, preferably on projects above $2M. Degree qualifications in construction management or similar are preferred.
This is a role that requires liaison with a large number of sub-contractors and a range of clients, and therefore the ability to negotiate and build strong working relationships at all levels of a project is a must.
