Foreman | Residential| $120K - $130K + super

Our client are looking to hire a full time Working Foreman to take a hands on approach in delivering a residential projects on the Northern Beaches. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a leading hand and looking for the next step up. 

The role:

• Supervise trades & scheduling of work
• Take the lead in a hands on role - you will be expected to occasionally do work on the tools
• Ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
• Resolve any problems on site

The requirements:

• A trade background in Carpentry/Building
• Previous experience supervising high end residential projects
• A background working on Architectural and Luxury homes is an advantage
• Experience supervising trades and running jobs from start to finish
• Time management and organisational skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skill
• A full driving license with own tools
