Hardy Bros Mining & Civil Construction are seeking multiple CIVIL Plant Operators for full time positions.
Hardy Bros is a Civil Earthworks & Construction company based in Toronto, NSW. We are looking for the following experienced Plant Operators for long term work in the Canberra (ACT) region.
THIS IS NOT A FIFO POSITION.
LOCALS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
All Construction Plant Operating positions including:
- Dozer Operations (GPS cut to design);
- Scraper Operations (twin power);
- Excavator (GPS Final Trim);
- Water truck (HR Drivers Licence);
- Dump Truck (ADT);
- Drum Roller;
- Compactor Operations (GPS Final Trim);
- Grader Operations (GPS Final Trim mandatory);
- Service Truck Operators
The successful applicants must meet the following criteria:
Essential:
- Compliance with WH&S policies, procedures and legislations, which includes participation in site safety meetings;
- Current drivers license;
- General construction card (White Card);
- Operators Ticket/s;
- Final Trim and ability to read a GPS to construct designs;
- Willing and fit to undertake labouring as required;
- Excellent operating skills;
- Minimum 5 years experience preferably with a Civil Construction Company;
- CURRENT / RECENT supervisory references;
- Be self motivated, enthusiastic, have attention to detail and have the ability to work as part of our quality team;
- Good communication skills;
- Labouring duties as required;
- Basic maintenance knowledge and plant cleaning;
- Above all focused on safety at all times.
Desirable:
- HR drivers license

The successful applicants will be required to be compliant with all aspects of Hardy Bros Business Management System and be prepared to undergo drug & alcohol testing and pass a pre - employment medical as a condition of employment

Employees will be employed on a Full Time permanent basis.
