About the role

Due to expansion within our Essential Services business, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Field Supervisor to join our New South Wales team.   With our office based in Kings Park, your ability to drive excellence in your own performance will set the standard, as you lead by example.  You will understand how to achieve optimum production and cost outcomes by maximising the management of direct labour and subcontractors who will deliver day to day construction activity work packages.  You will work closely with the Delivery Manager to realise on time, safe contract deliverables to the benefit of both Visionstream and our client.  You will;

·         Supervising of all construction activities on site

·         Assisting the Delivery Manager to achieve the business plans, budgets, targets, reports and forecasts

·         Understand and maximise benefits through effective resource planning

·         Developing and maintaining a close relationship with key internal and external stakeholders

·         Identifying specific requirements and leading change management with regards to works delivery processes, systems & tools

·         Drive continuous improvement of the works delivery function

About you

Your demonstrated experience within a supervisory role will set you up for success with Visionstream.  In addition, this experience will be underpinned by;

·         Working knowledge and experience telecommunications construction

·         Sound Knowledge of DC and AC systems within Telstra environment

·         Electrical licence, Mechanical and or HVAC experience

·         Current valid driver's licence

·         End to end works management or delivery experience

·         Sufficient operational hands-on experience in area of expertise to build and maintain credibility across stakeholder groups
