The Company
Established over 35 years ago our client is an accredited, award winning building contractor who has delivered individual project in excess of $200m. Working across residential, commercial, aged care, industrial and education, they focus on building collaborative teams with their employees and sub contractors. This focus has seen them deliver projects successful for their clients on time and within budget.

The Role
Due to a recently awarded project and continued growth they are seeking to employ 2 Foreman on a permanent basis.

To be successful you will posses the following criteria:

• Tertiary/trade qualification
• Experienced across Structures, Finishes or General
• Site Coordination
• Strong adherence to safety
• Reporting
• Able to work to schedules 
• Good Subcontractor relationships
• High level of attention to detail
• Subcontractor management
• Above average communications skills both verbal and written
• Motivated and driven
