The Requirement
A Project Manager is required due to a period of expansion and recently awarded projects. To be the successful in this role you will have the following skill and experience:

• Tertiary Qualification
• Ran building projects in excess of $50 million
• Worked on residential apartments
• Programming and cost management
• Design Management
• Sub contractor management
• Procurement and contracts management
• Strong client skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Commercial astute
• Team player
