BA Murphy Constructions are seeking a full time Sales & Acquisitions Manager for their growing business. This exciting opportunity provides a stable and enjoyable working environment with strong growth opportunities both personally and professionally.

Based in Warana on the Sunshine Coast the office is newly refurbished and a fantastic place to work. The business employs 23 staff and works alongside a large network of contractors and associates across Australia.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Director, Construction Manager, Estimator and Administration Team to ensure a smooth build process.

BA Murphy Constructions has operations in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria and this role includes regular weekday travel. Occasional weekend work may be required locally and by appointment.

Typical tasks include:

• Relationship building with land developers

• Relationship building with external sales agents

• Creating House and Land Sales packages

• Clear and open communication with relevant team members

• Completing sales information packs for contract raising

• Managing pre-contract sales processes

• General administrative duties

• Regular weekday travel

Remuneration includes annual salary plus commissions, travel costs and mobile phone. Employee must have Drivers Licence and reliable car.
