The Role:

Reporting to the Construction Manager you will be responsible for the effective planning and resource management of multiple projects ensuring that works are in keeping with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sub-Contract Letting
• Negotiating
• Variations
• Contract Management
• Progress Claims & Cash Flow
• Sub-Contractor Claims/Supplier Invoices
• Financial Management

The role is offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high quality projects; ranging in value from $1,000,000 to $15,000,000 across the Commercial, Education & Healthcare sectors.

Successful Applicant:

I would be interested in having a conversation with you if you have the following experience;

• Minimum 3 years Contract Administration experience
• Strong time management skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Knowledge and experience with;
• Construction/Design and Construct/Managing Contractor contracts
• Tendering and procurement processes
• Literacy with understanding construction drawings
• Project co-ordination / sequencing of trades
• Computer competency - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Project
