Position Details

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the coordination and management of job schedules for all projects under planning and construction. You will be responsible for the management and coordination of works both internally and externally to deliver projects in the highest standard of client satisfaction and quality.

You will be required to manage all stakeholders and coordinate the timely delivery of the project timeline from feasibility to completion. In this role you will supervise, administer, and monitor the process of built-form delivery, including budgets, costs, quality, risk and program management progression or regression.

The role requires you to run a project in an effective and efficient manner through the entire project management process from the initial brief, right through to the design process and on to successful construction management.

This role would suit someone with some experience in a similar role, ideally with a builder, developer, or construction. Experience in multi-stage residential apartments is essential.
