The role
In this role, you will have full responsibility for the delivery of one or more projects a s described above and in the range of $20 million+. Supported by a highly competent team, this will include programming, financial management, sub-contractor selection, O H & S, quality control, client liaison etc.
You
We are seeking a person with a strong and successful record as a project manager with a Melbourne - based Tier 2 o 3 commercial builder. You will be a walk-up start for delivering projects from $20 million+ and will, need experience in apartments or aged care or student accommodation etc. In particular, you will need strong skills in team leadership and programming.
