The company
Established for many decades, they have a very successful track record in design/construct building projects and developments, primarily in the industrial arena, but including commercial and major residential projects.
The role
Reporting to the construction manager, You will assume full responsibility for the delivery of one or more projects in the commercial/industrial field and probably ranging from $5-20 million. You will be supported by a highly competent team and will cover the programming, sub-contractor selection, safety, quality and financial management of the projects.
You
You will need a suitable trade or tertiary qualification, together with several years of PM experience with a recognisable commercial/ industrial builder. You will need a thorough understanding of all phases of the construction process.
