About the Role: Within this role you will be providing a quality estimating service, preparing tenders and supporting the company on the successful completion of their projects. You will coordinate and deliver accurate estimations on cost indications, and tendering documentation for commercial fit-out projects

Duties:

• Experience preparing tenders for commercial fit out and refurbishment projects 
• Ability to manage multiple tenders at one time
• Manage quoting procedures
• Utilize your construction knowledge to interpret plans, specifications and quotes
• Liaise with consultants and internal teams

 
Skills and Experience:  

• Tertiary qualifications or trade background
• Relevant Experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• An adaptive nature
• Developed computer skills
