About the role
As a client-side Project Manager with CPS, your role will be to lead and manage the lifecycle on a variety of projects across the Sydney and wider NSW regions. As an accomplished Project Manager you will be able to demonstrate your expertise in managing stakeholders, scopes of work, design, program and budget whilst achieving project objectives. Whilst working on high profile projects, you will provide professional advice throughout all stages and work collaboratively with our clients and other CPS team members to ensure management and advisory services from conception through to completion.
About YOU
Our ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualifications in any of the following: engineering (civil, mechanical or electrical), architecture, building construction, quantity surveying or another other building related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in Client-Side Project Management working for government agencies, or private sector clients.
- Desirable expertise in the Education and/or Aged Care and Health.
- Outstanding analytical, oral and written skills in the English language.
- Strong client liaison and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of and experience with various contract forms such as: GC21, AS4900, AS4122 and AS4902.
- Advanced Microsoft Software experience with SharePoint, Office 365 and MS Project skills.
- High rise building design and construction experience is highly desirable.
- Must hold full Australian work rights.
- Unrestricted drivers licence
