Our client is a national retailer with 500+ stores in Australia and growing.  They are seeking a Project Manager to manage retail design & construction projects from concept to hand-over within NSW, VIC and WA.

Duties & Responsibilities
As Project Manager you will be responsible for leading, managing and organising construction projects. Your duties will consist of but not be limited to:

• Management of the design development process
• Oversee the refurbishment program
• Manage scheduling to ensure the project remains on time
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with lessors and developers
• Assume overall responsibility for the delivery of projects
• Control payments to contractors
• Manage and monitor O H & S
• Prepare weekly reports on the status of the projects for the GM
• Ensure all workmanship is within quality parameters
• Ensure specific safety requirements are met

The candidate: 
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in client side retail project management, proven design, construction and project management industry knowledge and completion of OH&S Induction Training for Construction Industry Workers (White Card). You must have highly developed negotiating and communication skills, the ability to multi task and contracts management experience.
