Project Engineer

Our Client:
 
With an enviable reputation in commercial and civil construction projects throughout Australia, this is a well-respected and busy Tier 2 business.
 
Recently having won a large number of prestigious developments throughout NSW they are looking to bolster their project teams across a range of sectors, most notably in Health and Education projects.
 
We are now seeking experienced Project and Senior Project Engineers.
 
 
The Role:
 

• Coordinating construction activities ensuring projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.
• Assist with preparation of site construction budgets and reports.
• Monitor construction progress for adherence to the programme
• Compilation and control of project documents including maintenance of a control register, ensuring the prompt issue of documentation to the respective parties.
• Ensuring quality assurance is adhered to
• Ensuring H&S is of the highest level

About you
 
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• A tertiary qualification within construction or engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and a sound understanding of project documents, plans and specifications
• Strong relationship building, influencing and organisation skills, with an ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
• Worked for a Tier 1 or 2 builder on projects above $50m in value
• Prior experience working on commercial building projects
