Your New Opportunity
This boutique consultancy is seeking a skilled and highly experienced Registered Cadastral Surveyor to be the Team Lead/Office Manager. Having recently merged with a large scale Melbourne company, now is the right time to join. Be an integral member as they focus on expansion.
Your New Responsibilities
The Melbourne office is renowned for their breadth of projects. On the back of their project book of town planning, landscaping design and greenfield cadastral work, you will not only benefit from their knowledge in these areas but use this to open doors for you in Sydney. You will be a key member of the business development team. Your connections with local council and industry clients will be invaluable as you tender for new business.
Your New Team
The autonomy is here for you. Whilst largely being an office based position, you have the choice and flexibility to be in the field as you see fit. You will be managing a well-resourced team of surveyors and technicians, along with the backing of the Melbourne office for any additional admin work.
Your New Future
It is obvious that this is more than your normal land surveying role. As you grow here, expect to look towards directorship opportunities. You will be heavily renumerated with a car and profit share scheme also on the table.
