Exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join the project team working on the delivery of multimillion dollar major redevelopment works at ANU.
The scope of our ANU project involves the construction of student accommodation, cultural and events building, student services building, teaching building, gym and a pool, plus significant upgrades to the public realm
As Project Engineer, you will be responsible for specific trade package(s) where you will coordinate and manage contractors and suppliers to ensure construction is completed within schedule and cost. You will also be involved in supporting the project across safety, quality and management of project documentation.
Construction management or engineering qualifications are required, supported by at least a couple of years’ experience in a project delivery construction team on building projects preferably within the commercial or mixed-use sectors.
You will enjoy interacting with a diverse range of individuals, be motivated by challenge and change whilst driven to deliver results through your resourcefulness, along with the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, and a collaborative nature. Both are key with engaging with multiple internal, external and client stakeholder groups.
