OPERATIONS CREW MEMBER - GROUNDWORKS

Do you want to join a professional operations team to deliver world class and award winning landscaping solutions with specialised equipment in a variety of outdoor locations?
We are currently looking at hiring individuals with virtuous work ethics to join our operations crew and become part of our team. Successful applicants will receive specialised and documented training and mentoring.
New operations crew members are introduced onto our open and robust level system used to monitor, review, provide feedback and reward positive performance. The initial trainee level gross annual salary is $55,000 + super for an average 45 hour week to $80,000 + super. Standard work hours are weekdays 5:20am to mid to late afternoon with some weekend and/or night work. Operations crew also complete jobs away from home at times (accommodation and meals provided).
It is essential that all applicants must hold a current C class manual driver's licence and have a construction industry white card or be willing to obtain prior to employment.
