You are required to have:

  • Exceptional contractor management and communication skills,
  • Highly developed organisational skills,
  • Advanced time management, logical decision making, and conflict resolution ability,
  • Strong focus on quality,
  • Positive and hands-on approach and a strong sense of accountability with the ability to handle pressure,
  • Self-motivated, reliant and a proven aptitude to organize.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Building and evaluating a national database of reliable trades, timely execution of minor works contracts in order for Projects to commence with all correct documentation in place.
  • Performing a key role in project planning, budgeting and identification of resources,
  • Monitoring the progress of the construction activities and initiating Recipient Created Tax Invoices for each Trade at month end.
  • Raising Client Progress Claims for invoicing and tracking and managing the financial performance of live projects.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards,
