You are required to have:
- Exceptional contractor management and communication skills,
- Highly developed organisational skills,
- Advanced time management, logical decision making, and conflict resolution ability,
- Strong focus on quality,
- Positive and hands-on approach and a strong sense of accountability with the ability to handle pressure,
- Self-motivated, reliant and a proven aptitude to organize.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Building and evaluating a national database of reliable trades, timely execution of minor works contracts in order for Projects to commence with all correct documentation in place.
- Performing a key role in project planning, budgeting and identification of resources,
- Monitoring the progress of the construction activities and initiating Recipient Created Tax Invoices for each Trade at month end.
- Raising Client Progress Claims for invoicing and tracking and managing the financial performance of live projects.
- Maintaining strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards,
