This well respected Head Contactor has been successfully trading for around 100 years, they have developed with the times by keeping up to date with the latest software and systems. Currently employing around 180 staff they focus on a variety of Aged Care, Commercial, Health and Institutional sectors.

The role
Based in their Ballina office you will be involved from the pre-construction stages, writing scopes, negotiating with Sub contractors & suppliers, writing recommendation reports then managing progress payments, claims, variations etc during the construction stages.
To be shortlisted in this role you will be required to have;
- A Construction Degree, Ideally Ba in Cons Management.
- Around 3-5 years local Contract Administration experience working with a Head Contractor.
- Previous experience working on Aged Care or Health projects is highly desired.
- A proven background negotiating with suppliers and finalising contract agreements.
- A stable work history
