Tier One Civil PM required - Water Industry

This  project manager role is working with an international Water Infrastructure company. The role is offering security, career progression and project ownership. This company have a presence nationally as a leader in the water infrastructure sector. They are now expanding the current project delivery teams in Sydney and require an experienced project manager to lead a team of direct employees to deliver projects across the state. The position is within the water delivery team of this civil infrastructure company.  

You will come with the proven ability to successfully oversee the construction of delivering green and brownfield projects from pipelines, pump-stations, sewage treatment plants or road and rail projects. You will have the proven experience leading teams of direct labour and sub-contractors. It is essential that your experience is with a tier two or tier one contractor. You will have managed water, road or rail infrastructure projects and have a top class reputation with previous employers and clients.   

This role an expert to manage project delivery on water infrastructure projects valued to $40 million and above. 

You will need a reputation as a person that delivers high quality projects with a keen eye for the financial profitability of work. This experience will have been gained in the local market as it is key that your reputation is unquestioned as a successful project manager for the delivery of water infrastructure projects. 

The role will requires management of direct labour, subcontractors, finance forecasts and managing the demands of this fast paced construction environment.
