A vacancy currently exist within for a motivated, driven and multi-disciplined Tradesperson to join our Construction team located in Baulkham Hills.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Service Area Manager this role is responsible for carrying out defect rectification work on our homes in line with our contractual requirements and standards.  As the Serviceman you will need to have an eye for detail, along with an ability to complete with a wide range of defects. This is a critical role to ensure we deliver on quality and provide our customers with the home they have always dreamed of.  To excel in this role, you will need to have a passion for maintenance and customer service.

The Person

The successful candidate will have:

• A trade background, Certificate IV in Building Management or similar experience
• Trade qualified painter would be highly regarded
• Excellent overall knowledge of the new home building processes
• An ability to communication with clients and various teams to provide information and updates on jobs An ability to prioritise effectively whilst ensuring exceptional attention to detail
• A full drives licence as you will be on the road in a full equipped service van and will be required to travel to and from jobs in the Sydney Region as scheduled.
•  A positive attitude  with the ability to work by yourself or within a team
• Be a confident team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to build rapport and treat our customers with sensitivity, empathy and integrity
