Estimator (Townhouses & Unit Developments)

The Company:

Our client is a rapidly expanding medium density builder with a focus on boutique housing developments. They are fast developing a reputation as a major industry giant, and are in the process of expanding their building and staff operations to accommodate for their unprecedented growth.

The Role:

Work within the key indicators of the Estimating team (accuracy & efficiency)
Quoting and preparing tender documents
Assist in the procurement and sourcing of resources
Issue purchase orders and assist construction team

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in residential construction projects
Knowledge of Building Plans and specifications
High level of computer skills and numeracy
