A great opportunity for a Site Foreman to work on a relatively new company on an Aged Care development in North Richmond, NSW. The project is currently underway and is requiring an experienced Site Foreman to join this flourishing business.
  
Site Foreman- Aged Care/Residential $15m, North Richmond:
In this role, reporting to the Site Manager you will perform the following duties;
Help manage and deliver the construction of a $15m Aged Care project
Manage trades through until the end of the project.   
Management of sub-contractors from form-workers through to interior sub-contractors
Implement and manage OH+S procedures on-site
Attend all program meetings and help with the delivery of project within the construction time frame
Reporting to and communicating with the Project Manager


To be suitable for this position, it is expected that candidates will possess the following;
  
Site Foreman- Aged Care/Residential $15m, North Richmond
Between 2-5 years'+ experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman
Will have worked for commercial construction building contractors in Sydney - Mid Tier builders ideal
Will have some form of Aged Care experience
Will have strong verbal communications skills
Will have a carpentry background
Will ideally be located in Western Sydney
