Tier 2 builder who is known all over Australia, seeks an experienced Site Engineer for a large Commercial project out North West. This project needs someone with who is ready to take the project from the ground to handover, ideally you would have worked on projects over $30m. 

Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Design management and coordination
• Client coordination and liaison
• Tendering
• Budget Estimate and reporting
• Site Establishment and planning
• Construction coordination and management
• Site variation and design change.

To be considered for the you will require:

• Construction Management/Building or equivalent
• Proven industry experience on highrise/commercial projects over $30m
• Previous experience managing sub contractors with programming, supervision and contracts administration.
• Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements.
