Estimator (Custom Homes)     


The Company:


Our client is a Custom Home Builder who is passionate about architectural design, they build homes their way - by opening up opportunities and challenging traditional mind sets. The Role:

• Working with design & drafting to ensure efficient costings at early design stage of all standard & custom designs
• Working with sales on all new custom design jobs to ensure correct pricing is given out
• Responsible for obtaining all new quotes for new jobs if and when required
• Producing construction files for supervisor(s) with all relevant on-site documentation to complete the build

• Knowledge of building industry standards and software
• High level of computer skills and numeracy
