Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Contracts Manager (WA) you will use your extensive experience to effectively negotiate, administer and manage subcontracts, consultancy service agreements and supplier contracts. You will be reviewing head contracts and providing sound and commercially based reviews and assessment of the inherent risks involved. Our project teams will utilise your skills in defending and preparing any contractual claims when required. This is a key role working directly for Australias leading construction contractor. The successful applicant will have:

  • Minimum 10 years previous experience in related roles with tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Law.
  • Experience in negotiating, administering and managing subcontracts, consultancy service agreements and supplier contracts.
  • Experience in reviewing head contracts and providing sound, commercially based reviews and assessments of the inherent risks
  • Ability to deliver outstanding presentational skills to senior management team
  • Sound knowledge and demonstratable understanding of contractual principles and law
  • Ability to develop and manage own work schedule to deliver the required outputs to expected quality and timeframes.
