Western Quarries is a business based in Ararat. Part of a broader business group the quarry has quickly become a leading supplier of quality aggregates and crushed rocks throughout South Western, Western and Northern Vitoria.
We are seeking an experienced Plant Operator/ All rounder to join our team on a casual on-going basis. Ideally the candidate would desire to learn all facets of the quarrying industry.
The successful applicants should possess the following attributes:
- Hold a current HC Truck Licence
- Hold a Front End Loader Ticket
- Hold an Excavator Ticket
- Experience with load rite scales preferred
- Experience as a sales loader in a quarry environment preferred
- Compliance with OH&S policies, procedures and legislation
- Good communication skills
- Have a good work ethic
