Your new company
This reputable Construction and Property company are looking for professional temporary administration staff to assist them with an influx of work.
Your new role
This role will see you engaging with clients on a daily basis and you therefore must be well presented, articulate and friendly. Duties will include: answering incoming phone calls and general emails, meeting and greeting, setting up board rooms, ordering catering, filing, scanning, data entry, collating documents and brochures and typing and formatting documents.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you must have:
- 2+ years of similar experience ideally within the real estate/property management space
- Intermediate skills with all Microsoft office products
