We are currently recruiting for recent graduates to join a leading structural contractor and gain hands-on practical experience on a range of large scale building projects. In this role you will be supported by a team of industry leaders with continual training and development modules to guide you through your first few years in the industry, helping you set yourself up towards your future career goals.

You will be working on some of Australia’s leading commercial building projects from hospitals to high rise residential and commercial buildings up to the value of $1B. In this role, you will be site based working as part of a team to ensure successful completion of all projects within the timeframes given. You will be given extensive on the job training while being exposed to the construction of major projects on a daily basis. For this role we are looking for candidates of a certain calibre, people with good all round skills, presentation, communication, and a real hunger to learn.

A minimum requirement for these positions is a completed Degree in a construction related discipline, previous experience working on site (this is a site based role) and a genuine passion for the industry.

You will be site based in a CBD location, working site hours from Monday to Saturday

Starting salary is $45,000 plus super with an immediate start required.
