Our client is a multi-award winning design & construction company located in Bathurst/Orange NSW. They have a number of projects in the commercial, residential and industrial sectors and are seeking to appoint a prominent role in their Project Management team.

Working with key stakeholders, you will be a key part of the project team responsible for delivering $100m worth of projects over the next 3 years. Projects will be ranging from $2m - $20m and could include new developments or demolition and rebuild of existing buildings.

Project Manager 

Key Responsibilities:    

  • Managing commercial construction projects.
  • Responsible for managing the team on Private, Public and/or Government projects from $4M.
  • Responsible for the planning, financial and budgeting aspects.
  • Managing and reporting the assigned program of work to achieve program objectives in accordance with corporate policy and contractual agreements.
  • Managing performance, compliance, and expectations of resources and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.

 Experience & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in managing commercial projects, ideally within a similar consulting or building environment.
  • Proficiency in maintaining key client relationships.
  • Similar project experience in Australia is preferred
  • Experience managing projects over $2m
  • Advanced ability to plan, manage and deliver numerous projects.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated project management skills, effective negotiation skills, and decision-making abilities.
