About the role
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team on a couple of mix use education and residential projects in the eastern suburbs. These will be state of the art facilities and include hotel finishes and leisure facilities. You will be working with a highly experienced team and play a key role in the engineering and construction of this project, you will have direct interaction with both contractors and clients; and work and develop with some of the best  in the industry. Due to the high political profile of the project there are numerous interesting stakeholders.
  
The right candidate will

• Be professional and technically minded. 
• Have 7 to 10 years' experience in Project Management either on the Client Side or with a top tier Building Contractor with client facing experience
• Ideally have worked on Education or Government projects 
• Have strong building experience and the ability to critically monitor contractors work and progress on site
• Have excellent communication and influencing skills
• Have strong technical writing skills
• Stakeholder Management experience
• You will have a very strong attention to detail, be able to pick up new concepts and skills easily and take initiative
