Full time $30 per hour

• Strong ability to supervise and encourage a small team of insulators;

• Capability to work with the team installing insulation products;
• Self-motivated with a commitment to provide a high standard of work and have the initiative to become an expert in the field;
• Excellent customer services skills and commitment to promote the company and company products;
• Ability to quote for insulation products for retrofits, new builds etc. and follow up on quotes;
• Ability to identify problems that surface and address them in a timely manner;
• Aptitude to undertake minor repairs and maintenance of equipment including the monitoring of vehicle maintenance;
• Ability to manage the company’s OH & S procedures and policies.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
