In light of our recent project award of the Osborne Naval Shipbuilding Precinct, we are looking for a number of experienced Foremen to join the locally based construction management team
The Osborne Naval Shipbuilding Precinct will create world-leading facilities to deliver the next generation of Australian naval capability and support the continuous build programmes for warships.
With a national delivery capability, combined with a sector-focussed approach, Lendlease Building provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.
As a Lendlease Foreman, you’ll will take ownership of site safety management, developing short and medium range construction programmes and construction methodology whilst managing sub-contractors to ensure the timely delivery of high quality, safe construction work. You will also work closely with your site and project engineers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues on site and to meet the project program.
We are looking for individuals with a trade or building background, encompassing a history of general site supervision/management positions with reputable construction companies ideally on medium-large building projects; those who are looking for collaborative team environment made possible through a culture of shared passion to work on diverse project and provide our clients with the best possible service and construction outcomes.
