Barlens are looking for an experienced or relevantly experienced person to assist with the construction components of the business. Working on Canberra (and the surrounding regions) largest events this position is a great opportunity for anyone looking develop their career and secure a full time position.

The Role: Structure Team Member

With a tight schedule moving into the key event season, a successful applicant will be a motivated self-started with a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced, energetic environment, while embracing the team culture. The ideal applicant will have experience working in construction or another similar field and happy to embrace all other departments of the business when required.

Essential skills for the position:

• Strong time management skills
• A valid White Card
• Great communication skills 
• Event industry experience / or construction and building experience
• A valid forklift licences desirable
