Due to our significant growth program we are now seeking applications from an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team across the Northern Suburbs.

What do our best Construction Supervisors enjoy about their jobs? The fact that they can build wonderful homes in a dynamic, well supported environment AND organise and manage the building process from start to finish; effectively running their own ship. A positive can do attitude is critical for success in this role.

We would like to hear from you if you are:

• An existing or aspiring Construction Supervisor living in or near the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.
• Cert IV in Building and Construction (min.) or equivalent Trade Experience.
• A clear, confident communicator, who is calm under pressure and approachable at all times.
• A capable problem-solver who can consult to get the right solution.
• Highly organised, because our construction system is task-driven and each task must be completed on time and on budget.
• Comfortable around computers; experience with windows environment is fine.
• Knowledgeable about current building requirements, processes, QA and OH&S.
• Able to demonstrate quality, tenacity, focus and drive.
